TS-215/HSN with control unit, Spray Gun for Hot-melt

This model is for the purpose of spraying hotmelt glues from aluminium cartridges (approx. 300 ml). Thanks to the wide range of possible settings any desired spray pattern can be achieved, extending from fine atomization to elliptical application. The jet width is between 5 and 150 mm. After-dripping of the nozzle is prevented. You can spray vertically upwards (overhead). The nozzle is opened and closed by a needlevalve.

Triggering of the spray gun is effected via an electronic temperature controller (ETR-100/D contained not in the scope of supply. ) and a pneumatic control unit for setting the pressure of the spray air and of the material in the cartridge.

The gun is equipped with a thermal sensor (PT-100) which together with a temperature controller (ETR-100/D) enable infinitely variable and precise temperature setting (plus/minus 1° C) within the
range 30 to 200° C.
A thermal circuit breaker prevents the glue from overheating.

By using additional devices, such as stand, timer and foot switch, the gun is expandable to a stationary system. This enables two-handed manipulation of the object to be glued.

For interruption-free work (cartridge heating-up time !) we recommend use of the cartridge preheating unit ( KVG-2 or KVG-4 ).
