Typ TS-215/HN Flow Gun for Hotmelt Glues

This model is an electrically heated and pneumatically actuated flow gun for the application of aluminium cartridges (approx. 300 ml).

The glue can be applied in rope (bead) or dot form.

Setting of the desired glue temperature is effected via an electronic temperature controller (ETR-100/D contained not in the scope of supply. ).

The gun comes complete with a frame to rest the gun on. This frame is equipped with a controller and a pressure gauge for the purpose of setting and reading off the extrusion pressure. A thermal circuit breaker prevents the glue from overheating.
