Pressure Device STG 300
and ETR-100/D

 

1 = Control knob for control air pressure
2 = Control knob for nozzle opening time
3 = Control knob for material pressure
4 = Air connections
5 = Target and actual temperature
6 = Temperature controller
7 = On/off switch
8 = Electrical connections

 Material dosing is effected via "pressure controller A". This is dependent on the following factors:
Size of the nozzle bore
Stroke length of the nozzle needle
(0,3 - 1,5mm)
Nozzle opening time (provides the stroke rate of the nozzle per minute, which lies between 2 and 200 per min.)
Material pressure in the cylinder
Viscosity of the material.

Intended use:
For driving the DOSING UNIT FOR HOTMELT GLUE  Type KH-300 with SK-100/EH, SK-100/EKH, SK-100/ERKH, SK-100/S
and the spray gun TS-215/HSN.

The desired temperature (30°-200° C) is set via the temperature controller ETR-100/D. The target and actual values can be read off the display.The integrated temperature fuse which prevents the dosing unit from overheating.
